Bowden's Cabin....a Little Piece of Heaven!

We just had one of the best weekends ever! Our wonderful friends, the Bowden's, invited us to their cabin in Monte Cristo. It was beautiful! The cabin is amazing and on some of the most beautiful property ever! I can't remember a time coming home from a getaway, where the kids came, and feeling rejuvenated. It was just what we needed....a little time away from 'life'. Amy and Ryan were the best hosts ever and are some of the most generous and accepting people I know. I'm so grateful to have friends like them. Their other friends, and ours as well, came too. Shane and Shelly are so much fun as well. They too are some of the nicest people ever. Both couples were so good to us and really didn't let us do much, expect have fun and relax.

Tyson was in heaven on the 4 wheelers with Kaleb. Needless to say we didn't see them much. When we did they were filthy and loving it! I'm grateful for the friendship they have. They get along great. Thanks to Kaleb for letting Tyson ride his 4 wheeler the entire time. The boys were hilarious and loved staying up late, 2:30 am one night! Talk about night owls.

Baylie and Keeley are 2 peas in a pod. Talk about cute girls with attitude, just a little though. :0) They were so good and loved being together. They loved making beads, playing, riding the zipline, roasting Starbursts, etc.

We had fabulous campfires at night, thanks to Senor Bowden. :0) I can't remember the last time I stayed up until 2:30 am laughing and having a good time! Shane was quite the entertainment. We all, even the adults, enjoyed the zipline. The Ranger, Razor, and 4 wheeler rides were so much fun. Crew even loved it. Who ever knew getting dirty could be so much fun. The first night Todd came back looking like a different man, well at least the color of his skin. Needless to say, we had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back! Thanks again Bowden's!!!
